    Grace H. Merry to Mrs R.M. Johnson
                   Deed
The State of Florida } This Indenture made on the Twenty Seventh day
Alachua County       } of September in the year one Thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty one between Grace H. Merry of the first part and
Mrs R.M. Johnson of the second part witnesseth that for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and Eighty four Dollars
to her in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party
of the first part has given granted bargained sold and released
and by these presents dose so give grant bargain sell and deliver 
to the said party of the second part the following described parcel
of land that is to say Commencing at a stake on the North boundary
line of Section No Twenty five In Township Eleven and Range
Twenty one The said Stake being Twenty Two chains and Thirty links
North of the stake representing and being one half of the said
section line and running north along said Section line to the
terminus or North East corner of said Section thence running west
three acres to a Stake Thence South the same distance as boundary
line North to a Stake and Thence East to a Stake being Three acres
to the point of beginning and to contain Sixteen acres and Sixty
Eight one hundreds part of an acre of land Situated in the County
and State aforesaid To have and to hold the above described conveyed
parcel of land together with all and singular the houses building
