improvements and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any way
appertaining unto the said party of the second part her heirs or executors
and administrators and assigns in fee simple forever. And the said
party of the first part for herself her heirs executors and administrators 
covenants and agree with the said party of the second part her heirs
executors administrators and assigns that she is lawfully seized in fee
of the premises aforesaid that they are free from all incumbrances That 
she has good right to sell and convey to the said party of the second
part: and that she will warrant and defend the titles to the same
against the legal and equitable claims and demands of all person. The
party of the second part does agree that the party of the first part shall
have the privilege of using the water from The Mineral Springs Situated
on the said described land. In Testimony whereof the said party
of the first part has hereunto set her hand and affixed her seal

sworn says that he saw G.H. Merry sign the foregoing indenture
and acknowledged she did so for the purpose therein set forth and
that he together with Ellen W. Merry signed the same as

    N.A. Bailey and Wife to R.M. Johnson
                       "Deed"
State of Florida } This indenture made on the Twenty third day
Alachua County   } of February in the year of one Thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty two between N.A. Bailey and his wife
A.B. Bailey of the first part and R.M. Johnson of the second
part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of
seventy five dollars to them in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is acknowledged the said
party of the first part has given granted bargained sold and delivered
and by these presents does so give grant bargain sell and release
to the said party of the Second part the following described parcel
of land that is to say commencing at the North West corner of
the parcel or tract of land containing seventy acres as reference
to deed will more fully show in section Thirty Township Eleven
