and Range Twenty one and deeded to N.A. Bailey by J. Adger
Clark commencing at said point and running east one acre
that is two hundred and eight & 71/100 feet to a Stake on this line
being the north boundary line of said Seventy acre tract
Thence South one thousand and forty-three & 55/100 feet to a
Stake thence West two hundred and Eight and 71/100 feet to a
stake on Section line being the west boundary line of said
seventy acres thence North one thousand and forty three and
55/100 feet to the point of beginning and containing five acres of land
situated in the County and State aforesaid to have and to 
hold the above described conveyed parcel of land and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the party
of the second part her heirs executors and administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever And the said party of the first part for
themselves their heirs executors and administrators covenant and
agree that the said party of the second part her heirs executors
and administrators and assigns that they are seized in fee of
the premises aforesaid that they are free from all encumbrances
that they have the right to sell and convey the same to the said
party of the second part and that they warrant and defend the
titles to the same against the legal and equitable claims
and demands of all persons. In testimony whereof the said party
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed
their seals on the day and year first above written

says that he saw N.A. Bailey and wife sign the foregoing indenture
and that they acknowledged they signed the same for the uses and 
purposes therein expressed and that he together with A.J. Shuford
signed the same as witnesses Sworn to and subscribed before me
this 6 day of April AD 1882 }
