     Alexander Goodson To Algernon S. Moseley Trustee
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made the Seventh day of April in the year or our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two between Alexander
Goodson & Celie Goodson his wife of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida parties of the first part and Algernon S. Moseley of the County
of Clay and State aforesaid as trustee for Philip S. Weston son of J.T. &
S.E. Weston party of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
sold & conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs & assigns
all that tract of land lying and being situated in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida known and described as follows to wit
the entire North East quarter of the North East quarter (NE1/4 of the
NE1/4) of Section Twenty four Township 9 Range Twenty Two East
containing forty acres more or less - Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining; Also all the estate right title
interest dower right of dower separate estate property claim &
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same & every part & parcel
thereof with the appurtenances To have and To Hold the
above granted bargained and described premises unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever In trust however to and
for the sole and separate use benefit and behoof of Philip S.
Weston a minor the son of J.T. Weston and Sarah E. Weston his wife
and the said party of the second part hereby covenants and agrees to
