to take complete control and management of the above described
premises and to approriate the rents issues and profits arising there=
from to the support & Education of P.S. Weston a minor as aforesaid
and the said second part further covenants & agrees for himself his
heirs & assigns that the above bargained and described premises shall
vest absolutely in the said Philip S. Weston upon his arriving at
the age of twenty one years & that no other deed of conveyance shall be
necessary to give him possession & control of the same. And said
party of the first hereby covenants to warrant and defend the
title to the said real estate against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever to the said party of the second part and to said Philip S.
Weston and their heirs and assigns and the said party of the
second part covenants and agrees faithfully to perform and fulfil
the trust herein created. In testimony whereof the said parties have

presents made and executed by me separate and apart from my
said husband and in the presence of Thos H. Fletcher a Justice
of the Peace Alachua County & the State of Florida acknowledge &
declare that I did make myself a party to and executed the
foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing my
dower in and to the lands in said conveyance described & granted
and that I did the same freely & voluntarily & without any compulsion
