 Martha McKinny Admx to Thomas McKinny
                  "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the Tenth day of March AD
Alachua County   } One Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Two between
Martha McKinny Administratrix upon the estate of James M. McKinny
deceased of the county of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
first part and Thomas McKinny of the same County and State
party of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part by virtue of the power and authority to her given and in
consideration of one dollar lawful money of the United States of
America to her in and paid at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents have granted bargained sold aliened released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien release convey and confirm unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever The South half (S1/2)
of South East quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty eight (28) Township
Eleven (11) Range Nineteen (19) in the Arredonda grant County of
Alachua and State of Florida containing Eighty acres. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and also all the estate right title interest property
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
party of the first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances
To Have and To Hold the above described premises with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns as their absolute property in fee simple forever
In Testimony whereof the said party of the first part have hereunto
affixed her hand and seal this the day and year above written

Alachua County   } On this day personally appeared before me Martha
McKinny administratrix upon the estate of James McKinny deceased
to me well known as the person described in and who executed the
foregoing Deed of conveyance and acknowledged that she executed
same for the purpose therein expressed whereupon it is prayed
that the same may be recorded  Witness my hand and seal this
the 10th day of March AD 1882
