                        "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the tenth day of March AD Eighteen
Alachua County   } hundred and eighty two between Martha McKinny
Administratrix upon the estate of James M. McKinny deceased of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and
James I. McKinny of the same County and State party of the
second part witnesseth, That the said party of the first part by
virtue of the power and authority to her given and in consideration
of the sum of one dollar lawful money of the United States of
America to her in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents by the said party of the second part his executors
and administrators forever released and discharged from the same
by these presents have granted bargained sold aliened released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien release convey and confirm unto the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns forever the South West quarter
(SW1/4) of North East quarter (NE1/4) the North East quarter (NE1/4) of
of the South East quarter (SE1/4) Section Twenty Eight (28) Township
Eleven (11) Range Nineteen (19) South and East (S & E) (in Arredondo
Grant) containing 80 acres in the County of Alachua & State of Florida
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all the Estate right
title interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said party of the first part of in and to
the same with the appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the
above described premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns as their absolute property in fee simple forever.

Alachua County   } On this day personally appeared before me Martha
McKinny Administratrix upon the Estate of James M. McKinny deceased

foregoing Deed of conveyance and acknowledged that she executed
the same for the purpose therein expressed whereupon it is 
prayed that the same may be recorded
