      Martha McKinny To Bettie Bradshaw
                "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the tenth day of March AD one
Alachua County   } thousand eight hundred and eighty two between
Martha McKinny Administratrix upon the estate of James M. McKinny
deceased of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
first part and Bettie Bradshaw of the same County and State
party of the second part Witnesseth, that the said party of the
first part by virtue of the power and authority to her given and
in consideration of one dollar lawful money of the United
States of America to her in paid at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents by the said party of the second part
her heirs executors and administrators forever released and discharged
from the same by by these presents have granted bargained sold
aliened released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever
the South East quarter (SE1/4) The North East quarter (NE1/4) and
the North West quarter (NW1/4) of the South East quarter (SE1/4) of Section
Twenty eight (28) Township Eleven (11) Range nineteen (19) South and
East in the Arredonda Grant containing 80 acres in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida Together with all and singular 
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging and also all the estate right title interest property
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said party of the first part of in and to the same with
the appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the above described
premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto
the said party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns
as their absolute property in fee simple forever. In Testimony
whereof the said party of the first part have hereunto affixed
her hand and seal this the day and year above written

Alachua County    } On this day personally appeared before us
Martha McKinny administratrix upon the estate of James M. McKinny
deceased to me well known as the person described in and who executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance and acknowledged that she executed same
for the purpose therein expressed whereupon it is prayed that the same
may be recorded Witness my hand and seal this the 10th day
of March AD 1882
