 William A. Colclough to Ephraim Woods
                   "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I William
Alachua County   } A. Colclough of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of Five dollars to me in hand
paid by Ephraim Woods of the County of Alachua have granted
bargained sold and Quit Claimed and by these do grant bargain sell
and Convey and Quit Claim unto him the said Ephraim Woods lot piece
tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: The East Half of the North East Quarter of Section
nine (9) Township Seven (7) Range nineteen (19) S & E Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditament and appurten=
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have
and Hold the same unto him the said Ephraim Woods and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple
absolute In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal in this 22nd day of April AD 1882
