Isaac Saunders and Wife To Ida E. Burnett
                 "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Isaac
Alachua County   } Saunders and Ann E.A. Saunders his wife for and
in consideration of the sum of Fourteen hundred and fifty dollars to
us cash in hand paid by Ida E. Burnett the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said Ida E. Burnett
all of our right title interest and claim at law or in Equity of in and to all
of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land situated in the Town
of Gainesville on the south side of the Court House Square in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida and being particularly
described according to the original maps of said Town of Gainesville
as being the North part of Lot No One (1) of Block Three (3) of Range Two
(2), the same being a parallelogram of land Measuring Eighty six (86)
feet from North to South by Sixty (60) feet wide from East to West
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and To Hold the same unto her the said Ida E. Burnett and
to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute forever = and we do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Ida E. Burnett that we are lawfully seized in fee of
the property hereby conveyed; and that we have good lawful and
perfect right to sell and convey the same and that the same
is free and clear of all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that we will and our and each of our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto her the said Ida E. Burnett and to her heirs executors
and administrators against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or to claim the
same under us - In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 8th day of March AD 181

by me separate and apart from her said husband did say and
