granted bargained and described premises together with all and singular the rights 
and privileges immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging 
or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of the second part and to his 
heirs and assigns as his and their absolute property in fee simple forever.
And the said Florida Land and Immigration Company for itself and assigns 
and for all others claiming by through or under it does covenant and 
agree that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents the 
said Company is Seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the 
above premises and has good right to convey the Same as it has conveyed the 
same free and discharged from all incumbrances and liens of any and every 
nature and description; and that the said party of the second part his 
heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably and may at all times 
hereafter, have, use, occupy possess and enjoy the above described premises 
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same. And that 
it will at any and at all times make such further covenants Conveyances 
and assurances at the expense of the said party of the second part
as he the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns or 
counsel learned in the law may require. In Witness Whereof the Said 
party of the first part has caused its Corporate seal to be hereunto affixed

                 "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that Michael
Alachua County   } Knight of South Framingham Mass for and in
Consideration of the sum of One Hundred & Twenty five dollars to him paid
by Isaac Bennett of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said Isaac Bennett all of that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Thirty acres off of the North End of the East Half of the
South West quarter of Section Thirty Two (32) Township Eight South
Rang Twenty Two East. Containing by estimation 30 acres of land
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
