his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
and absolute. And I the said Michael Knight do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Isaac Bennett that he is lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; That the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
he will and his heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Isaac
Bennett and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this
22nd day of April AD 1882

                   "Deed"
This Indenture made the 13th day of March in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty two Between
Thomas M. Cauthen and his wife Hannah P. Cauthen of
Alachua County State of Florida of the first part and Saml J.
Kennard Jr and James T. Gabbert of County and State aforesaid
of the second part Witnesseth: that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred and seventy five
dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand
paid by the said parties of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part and
their heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot of Land lying being
in the Town of Waldo Alachua County Florida and known and described
on the map of said Town of Waldo as Lot number Five (No5) in Block
Twenty Two (B22) and also the Mill House engine and all the
