        William Birt and Wife To Samuel Chesbro
                          "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County   } William Birt and wife Louisa Birt of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred & fifty dollars to us in hand paid by Samuel
Chesbro of the County of Windham in the State of Conn
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said Samuel Chesbro
and his heirs and assigns all of that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: Lot No (4) Four Section (6) Six Township
(9) nine South of Range (22) Twenty Two East containing by
estimation Forty acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and Hold
the same unto him the said Samuel Chesbro and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
and we the said William Birt and wife Louisa Birt do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Samuel Chesbro that we
are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same that the same is free form all encumbrances of
any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto him the said Samuel Chesbro and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
