that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said W.N. Sheats and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming

right of Dower in the same of her own free will and accord and without
fear apprehention or compulsion of or from her said Husband and to the
land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
