James B. Dawkins and Wife Isabel F. McKinstry
                     "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we James B.
Alachua County   } Dawkins and Carrie F. Dawkins his wife of the
aforesaid State and County for and in consideration of the sum of
Eight hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by Isabel F. McKinstry
of said State and County the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey unto her the
said Isabel F. McKinstry all of that certain Lot piece tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
in Alachua County State of Florida particularly described as follows to wit
Commencing at the North East corner of the lot in the Town of Gainesville
which has heretofore been conveyed by us to her the said Isabel F.
McKinstry by deed dated the 17th day of January AD 1881 thence
North Forty (40) feet, thence West Three hundred and Eighty (380)
feet more or less to the public Street running North and South
between the lot of the grantors herein and the Lot of Mrs Patterson
thence South Forty (40) feet to the North West corner of said lot
heretofore conveyed by us the grantors herein to her the said
Isabel F. McKinstry thence East Three hundred and Eighty (380)
feet more or less to the place of beginning = Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining = To Have and To Hold the same
unto her the said Isabel F. McKinstry and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever.
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
hereto our seals on this 26th day of April AD 1882

Fla at large do hereby certify that on this 26th day of April
before me in person appeared Mrs Carrie T. Dawkins wife of
James B. Dawkins who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and part from her said husband did say
and acknowledge before me upon such private and separate
examination that she did sign seal execute and deliver the
foregoing deed of conveyance to Mrs Isabel F. McKinstry for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing and forever quit
claiming all of her right and claim to Dower as well as
all other claims or rights that she may have at law or
equity in and to the lot of land in the foregoing deed
described and that she did the same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
of or from her said husband.
