feet to a Stake; thence West along the Prairie North 32° 30 minutes E
558 feet thence North 43 degrees E 275 feet to a Stake: thence running
North, South 44 degrees 45 minutes 1925 feet to a Stake thence North 45
degrees 15 minutes E 680 feet to the point of beginning containing in all
thirty one acres the same being a fractional part of the West half of
Section Twenty Six (26) township Ten South of Range Twenty (20) East together
with all and singular the rights members privileges & advantages & appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all the
estate right title interest claim & demand whatsoever of the said minors
Thomas B & Martha P. Lewis as aforesaid. To Have and To Hold the above
granted & described premises & every part & parcel thereof unto the said party of
the second part his heirs Administrators & Executors to his & their own proper use benefit
& behoof forever. And the said Joanna P. Boulware as Trustee as aforesaid the
above granted and described premises and every part & Parcel thereof with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against the said minors as aforesaid their heirs and against all and
every person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the

State of Florida } This indenture made this 24th day of April AD
Alachua County   } 1882 between Mary E. Lewis of said State & County party
of the first part and Moses Endel of the same State & County party
of the Second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred and Sixty Six 67/100
Dollars lawful money of the United States to her in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
