remised released and quit claimed & by these presents do remise
release and quit claim unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs Executors & administrators forever all that certain
piece or parcel of land lying and being in said State & County
that is to say all my right title & interest in said land known
and described as follows; Commencing at the N West corner of Section
Twenty six (26) and running South Seventy feet (70) to a Stake thence
South thirty Eight (38) degrees thirty minutes E 440 feet thence south
32 degrees 30 minutes E 322 feet; Thence South 40 degrees E 514 feet
514 feet to a Stake said Stake being the North Eastern boundary
of the lands hereby conveyed Running South 44 degrees 45 minutes E 800
feet; thence south 49 degrees E 500 feet thence south 57 degrees
E 500 feet to a Stake Thence West along the Prairie North 32 degrees
30 minutes E. 558 feet thence North 43 degrees E 275 feet to a Stake
thence running North South 44 degrees 45 minutes E 1925 feet to
a stake thence North 45 degrees 15 minutes E 680 feet to the
point of beginning containing in all thirty one acres the same
being a fractional part of the west half of Section Twenty-six
Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East together with
all and singular the rights members privileges advantages &
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertain=
ing and also all the estate right title interest of the said
party of the first part in and to the same. To Have and to hold
the above granted and described premises to the said party of the
first part his heirs Executors & administrators to his and their
own proper use benefit & behoof forever. In Witness Whereof the
