       Annie L. Barton and Husband To Sarah R. Barnes and Annie R. Taylor
                            Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that We
Alachua County   } Annie L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton her husband
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the 
sum of Sixty five hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Sarah
R. Barnes and Annie R. Taylor the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto them the
said Sarah R. Barnes and Annie R. Taylor all of that certain lot
piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: Lying and being in the "Arredondo Grant" in Township Ten
(10) Range Nineteen (19) S&E and being a part of the George I.F. Clark
Grant of Five hundred acres and particularly described as commencing
at a point on the South boundary line of said Grant Two hundred
and nine feet from the south east corner of said Grant; thence North
Westerly on a line paralell with the North East boundary line of said
Grant ninety (90) chains to a Stake; thence South Forty five degrees
and Fifteen minutes West Forty five chains and Fifty links to a Stake
on the South West boundary line of said Grant; thence South Easterly
along the said South West boundary line of said grant Sixty four
chains to the south west corner of said grant; thence north Easterly
along the South boundary line of said Grant to the point of Beginning
containing by estimation 283 acres of land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining. To Have and
Hold the same unto them the said Sarah R. Barnes and Annie
R. Taylor and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns
