     Cyntha J. Waits and Husband To William H. Sanders
                              "Deed"
This Indenture made the Third day of April in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty Two between Cyntha J.
Waits in her own right and Calvin Waits of Hawthorn Alachua County
Florida of the first part and William H. Sanders of said State and County
of the second part Witnesseth. That the said parties of the first part for
and inconsideration of the sum Three Hundred Dollars lawful money of
the United States of America to Them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
Do grant bargain sell alien remise convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever. All The
South half of the North East Quarter of Section Twenty Seven
Township Ten South of Range Twenty Two East Except Thirteen and
47/100 Acres more or less bounded by the South and West lines of the South
East Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section Twenty Seven aforesaid
and East and North by a line beginning at a point 330 feet west
of South East Corner of said last mentioned tract thence running
North 419 1/2 feet thence West 571 feet, thence North 419 feet thence
East 419 feet to westerly line of said last mentioned tract also saving
and excepting a tract of Six acres sold by said Grantor to Elijah Lee
and bounded as follows commencing at the North West corner of the
tract first above mentioned thence running East 628 1/2 feet thence
south 419 feet thence West 628 1/2 feet thence North 419 feet to point of
beginning (all these points of the compass herein mentioned are intended to
be run with the variation of said section lines (if any) from the true
points) Together with all and singular the Members tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertain=
ing and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title
interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in
and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained
and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said Grantors
for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do covenant
grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns that the said Grantors at the time of
the sealing and delivery of these presents are lawfully seized
in Fee Simple of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of
