being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign
the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and announcing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in
said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and 
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband

     Charles K. Dutton and Wife To William Birt 
                     "Deed"
This Indenture made the 24" day of April Anno Domini Eighteen
Hundred and Eighty Two between Charles K. Dutton and Alice
Dutton his wife of the Town of Live Oak County of Suwannee and
State of Florida parties of the first part and William Birt of the
Town of Waldo County of Alachua and the State of Florida party
of the second part: Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the One Hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened
bargained sold transferred and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land Situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua and the State of Florida and known
and described on the Public maps of said State as The South
West quarter of the North West quarter of Section (31) Thirty one
Township (8) Eight South of Range 22 Twenty Two East. SW1/4
of NW1/4 of Sec 31 - T8 S R22 E containing Forty acres more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belong; and also all the estate
right title interest dower and right of Dower property claim and
