      Cintha J. Waits and Husband To Joseph Sanders
                               "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Cintha J. Waits and
Alachua County   } my husband Calvin Waits of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve 50/100 dolls to us
in hand paid by Joseph Sanders of the County and State above written
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and
sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Joseph Sanders his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
the following described lot or parcel of land, Situate lying and being in
the town of Hawthorn of Alachua County and State of Florida to wit: The
South half of lot Seven being a part of the SE quarter of the NE quarter of
section Twenty Seven Township Ten South of Range Twenty Two East contain=
ing one acre more or less. To have and to hold the above granted bargained
and described premises together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining to the said Joseph Sanders his heirs executors administra=
tors and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and we the said
Cintha J. Waits and Calvin Waits for ourselves and for our heirs
executors administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with
the said Joseph Sander that we will and our heirs executors adminis=
trators and assigns shall forever warrant and defend the titles to
the above described premises against all and every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto

Alachua County   } known as the wife of Calvin Waits who being examined by
me Separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged before me that
she renounces and relinquishes all her claim and right in and to the 
lands described in the foregoing deed of conveyance and that she did the same
freely and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension or fear of or
