       Charles F. Bailey to Eliza Douglas
                       "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into the first day of May AD 1882
between Charles F. Bailey by J.D. Matheson & J.T. McMillan his Attorney's
in fact party of the first part and Eliza Douglas party of the Second
part witnesses that the party of the first part for and in consideration
of the Sum of thirty dollars ($30.00) to him paid the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained & Sold and does by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey to the party of the second
part all that certain tract or parcel of land lying & Situate in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida and in the South half
of Section thirty two Township nineteen South of Range twenty
East and Known and described on the Map recorded in the records
of deeds book marked "K" in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of said County said map being made as appears by said
County said map being made as appears by said record book for the 
estate of J.B. Bailey & recorded on the 13th day of May AD 1878 on
page 203 of said book "K" as follows to wit, commencing at the
South West corner of the of the lot marked on said map as "McIntyre"
then running west fifty Six feet then North two hundred & ten feet
then East fifty Six feet then South two hundred & ten feet
to the place of beginning. To Have and to Hold to the said Eliza
Douglas her heirs and assigns with all my right title and interest
in said land and all the appurtenances thereto in anywise
appertaining. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal the day & Year before written
