     Alexander Avera  to  Harriet E. Avera
                   "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Alexander
Alachua County   } Avera of the aforesaid State and County for and
in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars to me cash
in hand paid as well also as in consideration of the great natural
love and affection which I have and bear to and for my wife
Harriet E. Avera have granted bargained sold given aliened
and conveyed; and by these presents do grant bargain sell give
alien and convey unto her the said Harriet E. Avera all of those
certain Lots tracts pieces or parcels of land Situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida which are
more particularly described as follows to wit That certain Lot
of Land in the Town of Gainesville in said State and County
known as the East half of Lot No Four (4) in "Browns addition"
to said Town of Gainesville (except fifteen (15) feet off of the Eastern
Edge of said lot heretofore reserved for Street purposes) said
Lot No Four (4) being situated in and being a part of the South
East quarter of the North west quarter of Section Five (5) in
Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East also that
certain other tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in Alachua County Florida in the "Arredondo Grant" the Same
being a portion of the one thousand acre tract or grant of land described
upon and known on the maps of said "Arredondo Grant as the "D.L. Clinch"
grant of one thousand acres and particularly described according to
a partial map or plat of said "D.L. Clinch Grant" Survey laid out
and made by W.C. Miller Civil Engineer and dated November 24th
AD 1879 as being Lot No Three (3) and the West half of Lot No
Two (2) containing fifteen acres more or less, also the East half
of said Lot No Two (2) last above described Containing Five acres
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the same unto
her the said Harriet E. Avera and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
