This Indenture made the 29th day of December one thousand eight
hundred and Eighty one between P.B.H. Dudley Fannie Dudley 
Joannah Kirby T.M. Kirby V.E. Jones Jos J. Jones Alice Jones and 
S.C. Beville all of the County of Alachua and State of Florida and 
parties of the first part and Harriet Williams of the County and
State aforesaid party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said 
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum 
of one dollar lawful money of the United States of America 
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part 
at or before the ensealing & delivery of these presents the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged has remised released and 
quit claimed and by these presents does remise release and 
quit claim unto the said party of the second part and 
to her heirs and assigns forever all that piece of land in 
the South East quarter (SE1/4) of the North West quarter (NW1/4)
