Thomas McCredie To Alvania A. Barnett
                         "Deed"             (17th)
           This Indenture made the seventeenth^day of March
         in the year of our Lord One thousand Eighty Hundred
         and Eighty two between Thomas McCredie and his wife
         Sallie McCredie, of the first part and Alvania A.
         Barnett of the second part, Witnesseth, That for
         and in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred
         and Fifty Dollars to the parties of the second part,
         at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
         the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
         bargained sold released conveyed and confirmed and by
         these presents doth grant bargain sell release convey
         and confirm unto the said party of the second part
         his heirs and assigns forever all that certain parcel
         of land or Town Lot situated in the Town of Micanopy
         known and described as follows Lot No 1 (1) Township
         (3) Three and Range One (1) according to a Map of
         the survey of the lands of Joel B. Smith and bounded
         as follows, South by J. Winecoff West by George Y.
         Center North by Peter Wordlow, East by the Stoughton
         Estate and H.D. Wagoner and containing one half of
         an acre of land more or less. Together with all and
         singular the houses buildings and improvements thereto
         belonging, and also all the estate right title interest
         dower and right of dower, To Have and to Hold the
         above granted premises with the appurtenances unto
         the said party of the second part, her heirs and
         assigns to their own proper use benefit and behoof
         forever, And the said parties of the first part for them-
         selves and their heirs the above described and hereby
         granted premises and every part and parcel thereof
         with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
         second part and her heirs and assigns against the
         said parties of the first part and their heirs and against
         all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully
         claiming or to claim the same, shall and will warrant
         and by these presents forever defend.

         do hereunto set their hands and seals this day and
