We L.A. Barnes Register, and John F. Rollins Receiver of the United States District
Land Office at Gainesville Florida do hereby Certify that according to the
Tract Books and public records of our office the following described tract
of land viz: Lot No Twelve (12) of Fractional Section Twenty two (22) in
Township Eleven (11) South of Range Twenty two (22) East in Alachua County
Florida containing 56 65/100 acres of land was entered by James Tompkins by
cash entry from the United States of date July 8th AD 1846 the
Patent issuing to him therefor on May 15th AD 1882

State of South Carolina }  Know all men by these presents that we
Barnwell County         }  Sarah M. Lancaster (formerly Sarah M.
Templeton) and her husband J. Wyatt Lancaster of the aforesaid State and
County for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars to us in
hand paid by E.C.F. Sanchez and R.F. Taylor of Gainesville Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and
convey unto them the said E.C.F. Sanchez and R.F. Taylor the following
described lot tract piece or parcel of land Situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida to wit: Lot No (12)
Twelve of Fractional Section twenty two (22) in Township Eleven (11)
South of Range Twenty two (22) East Containing Fifty six acres of land
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To
Have and to Hold the same unto them the said E.C.F. Sanchez and R.F.
Taylor and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed out seals on this 22nd day of March AD 1882
