same person who formerly before her present marriage Sarah M. Templeton
and that she did sign seal execute and deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance
of her separate Estate for the uses and purposes therein contained and

"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we E.C.F. Sanchez
Alachua County } and his wife Hattie L. Sanchez and R.F. Taylor and
his wife Amelia E. Taylor all of the aforesaid State and County for and in
consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars to us cash in hand
paid by the "Florida Land and Immigration Company" a Corporation duly
incorporated and doing business in the State of Florida under and by
that corporate name the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien and convey unto the said corporation the "Florida Land
and Immigration Company" all of that certain lot tract piece or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly described as being Lot No Twelve (12) of Fractional
Section twenty two (22) in Township Eleven (11) South of Range Twenty
two (22) East containing Fifty six acres of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To
Have and to Hold the same unto the said Corporation the said
"Florida Land and Immigration Company" and to is Successors and
