  Annie L. Barton and Husband To P.H. Ramsey
                         "Deed"
This Indenture made this the - day of June in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty two between Annie L. Barton and
D.W.L. Barton her husband of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
parties of the first part and P.G. Ramsey of Alachua County and State
of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth, That the said parties of the
first for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and before the ensea=
ling and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
have bargained sold released granted conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do bargain sell release grant convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all
that certain piece or parcel of land known and more particularly
described as follows Commencing at the South East corner of the South
West quarter of section (16) Sixteen Township (10) Ten Range (19) nineteen in
Arredondo Grant Alachua County State of Florida Running North
(834) Eight hundred and thirty four feet Thence West (1042 1/2) one
thousand forty two and a half feet; Thence S (834) Eighty hundred and
thirty four feet. Thence East (1042 1/2) one thousand and forty two and one
half feet to point of departure containing (20) twenty acres more or less 
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the estate
right title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part in and to
the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof To Have
and To Hold, the above granted bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said
parties of the first part for their heirs executors and administrators do hereby
covenant with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
that at the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of the first part
the lawful owners of the premises above granted and seized thereof
in fee simple absolute that they are free from all encumbrances: That
the said parties of the first part have good right to sell and
convey the same to the said party of the second part as aforesaid
and that the said parties of the first part their heirs executors and
administrators the above described and hereby granted and conveyed
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against
the said parties of the first part their heirs and against all and every
person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same shall and will warrant and by these presents forever defend
