Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents That I Annie L. Barton
wife of D.W.L. Barton Grantor in the forgoing deed conveying Real Estate for and
in consideration of the premises in said deed mentioned and of one Dollar to
me in hand paid by P.G. Ramsey Grantee in said Deed mentioned the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised released relinquished
renounced and by these presents do remise release relinquish renounce and
forever quit claim unto the said P.G. Ramsey all my dower or right of dower in
and to the lands in the foregoing Deed mentioned and conveyed to have and
to hold the same unto the said P.G. Ramsey his heirs and assigns forever
and I do hereby acknowledge that I do the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from my
husband In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
the 30th day of June AD 1882

Annie L. Barton wife of D.W.L. Barton who upon an examination by me
held separate and apart from her husband acknowledged that she
did make sign and seal the foregoing renunciation relinquishment
and acknowledgment freely voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
