"Deed"
This Indenture made the 20th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand
Eight hundred and Eighty Two Between Mrs Virginia A. Branning and her
husband D.L. Branning of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Etta F. Pettit Bennington County of the State of Vermont of
the second part Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever all Fractional
piece of Land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida described as follows: Commencing at a point two hundred and Ninety
feet (290 ft) South of the North East corner of the South West quarter of the North
West quarter of section Twelve (S12) Township Eight (T8) Range Twenty one E
Thence West four Hundred and Sixty Six 7/10 feet Thence South four Hundred
and Sixty Six 7/10 feet Thence East four hundred and Sixty six 7/10 feet Thence
North along the East side of said South West quarter four Hundred and
sixty six 7/10 feet to the place of beginning containing five acres. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and remainders
rents issued and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever in law and in equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the above granted
premises and every part thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to
hold the above mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances
to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever
and the said Virginia A. Branning and D.L. Branning and their heirs
the above described and hereby granted and released premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns against the said
parties of the first part and their heirs and against all and every
person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same
or any part thereof shall and will warrant and by these presents

purposes therein mentioned and the said Virginia A. Branning the of
