and apart from her said husband did acknowledge that she made herself a
party to the said deed for the purpose of conveying all of her separate right
in and to the lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and
thereby granted and released and that such conveyance is made by
her freely and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

Wm Emmett Coleman To James Case
                "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that Wm Emmett
_____ County     } Coleman husband and heir at Law of Mrs W.B. Coleman
deceased of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of One Hundred & Eighty dollars to him in hand paid by James
Case of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto him the said James Case all of that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: The North East quarter of the North East quarter
of Section Number Thirty One (31) in Township Eight (8) South Range
Twenty Two East containing by estimation 40 acres of land more or
less together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and Hold the same unto him the said James Case and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and
absolute And I the said Wm Emmett Coleman do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said James Case that I am lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and
my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said James Case and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 3d day of July AD 1882
