   Kate M. Wolfe To James Case
              "Deed"
State of Florida } This Indenture made the fourteenth day of April AD
Jefferson County } 1882 between Kate M. Wolfe of the County of Jefferson and
State of Florida party of the first part and James Case of Alachua
County and State of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth: That
the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
One Hundred dollars to her in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened
bargained sold transferred and do by these presents give grant alien bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs administrators and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel
of land situate lying and being in the county of Alachua and State of
Florida and known and described on the public maps of said State as
the North West quarter of the North East quarter of Section Thirty one in
Township Eight South of Range Twenty two East containing forty acres more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law and in Equity of the said party of the first part in and to the
same with the appurtenances To have and to hold the above described
premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs administrators and assigns as their
absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said Kate M. Wolfe for
herself and for all others claiming by through or under her does covenant
and agree that she is seized in fee simple of a good and indefeasible estate
in and to the above premises by deed from Samuel A. Swann and Martha
R. Swann bearing date twelfth day of February 1877 and that she has conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and 
every nature and description created by himself and that the said party
of the second part his heirs assigns shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
claiming by through or under her the said party of the first part.
In Testimony whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto
affixed her hand and seal this the day and year above mentioned
