            James Case To Roxey Case
                     "Deed"
This Indenture made the 21st day of March in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty two between James Case of the County
Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and Roxey Case of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Six
Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to
him in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
hath granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and her heirs forever all that tract
or parcel of land with the buildings &c lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida described as follows The South East 1/4 Quarter
of the North East 1/4 quarter of Section Number (31) Thirty one Township 8 South of
Range (22) Twenty Two East containing 40 acres The North 1/2 half and 
the South East (1/4) Quarter of the South West (1/4) Quarter of the North East (1/4)
Quarter and North West (1/4) Quarter of the South East (1/4) Quarter of Section (31)
Thirty one Township (8) Eight South of Range (22) Twenty Two East and the
North East (1/4) Quarter of the South West (1/4) Quarter of Section (31) Thirty one
Township (8) Eight South of Range 22 Twenty Two East containing in all
One Hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less. Together with
all and singular the rights tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues profits thereof and also all
the estate right title interest dower and right of dower separate Estate property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
the party of the first part of in and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the
above granted bargained and described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns to their
