P.W.W. Sparkman To Mrs Rebecca A. Sturgess
                  "Deed"
This Indenture made the Eighth day of September in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two between P.W.W. Sparkman and Sarah
E. Sparkman his wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first
part and Mrs Rebecca A. Sturgess of Waldo State and County aforesaid of the
second part: Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever all Those four Town Lots lying and being in the county of Alachua
and state of Florida described as follows Lots H, I, M and N in Sparkmans
addition to the Town of Waldo Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all
the estate right title interest dower and right of dower property possession
claim and demand whatsoever whatsoever in law and in equity of the
said parties of the first part of in and to the above granted premises and
every part thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold the
above mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances to the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever and the said
P.W.W. Sparkman and S.E. Sparkman and their heirs the above described
and hereby granted and released premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part Her heirs
and assigns against the said parties of the first part and their heirs
and against all and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant
and by these presents forever defend. In Witness Whereof The said parties
of the first have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year
above written

Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally
appeared P.W.W. Sparkman and Sarah E. Sparkman his wife to me known
to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and
severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and the said Sarah E. Sparkman
the wife of the said P.W.W. Sparkman on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge that she
made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and
relinquishing her dower or right of dower in and to the lands tenements
and hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and released
and that such relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made by
