    Robert G. Cole To Eralyne Knight
                  Deed
This Conveyance made this Twenty Eighth day of July one thousand
eight hundred and Eighty two between Robert G. Cole of the County of
Putnam in the State of Florida sole executor of the last will and testament of
Archibald H. Cole late of said County and State deceased of the first part and
Eralyne Knight wife of Andrew Knight of the Town of Waldo County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the
first part by virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by
the said last will and testament and in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred & Twenty five dollars to him paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents does grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
forever all that certain lot piece or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida and
better known and described on the official plat of said Town as Lot number
One (1) in Block Numbered One (1) which said lot measures 33 feet in width
by 75 ft in depth and is bounded as follows: say Seventy five feet on Seydel
Street which bounds it on the Northeast Thirty three feet on Sparkman Street
which bounds it on Northwest and Thirty three feet on Broad Street which
bounds it on the Southeast Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain
=ing and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof; and also all the estate right title interest property
possessions claims and demands whatsoever both in law and equity which
the said testator had in his life time and at the time of his decease and
which the said party of the first part has by virtue of the said last will
and testament or otherwise of in and to the above granted premises and 
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances; To Have and To Hold
all and singular the above granted premises together with the appurtenances
and every part thereof unto the said party of the second part her heirs and 
assigns forever And the said party of the first part for himself his heirs
executors and administrators does covenant promise and agree to and with
the party of the second part that he is lawfully the executor of the last
will and testament of said Archibald H. Cole and has power to convey as
aforesaid and has in all respects acted in making this conveyance in
pursuance of the authority granted in and by the said last will and testament
