and that he has not made done or suffered any act matter or thing whatsoever

thereof are shall or may be impeached, charged or incumbered in any manner whatsoever

Eighteen hundred and eighty two before me John W. Burroughs a Commissioner resident
in the City of Savannah duly commissioned and qualified by the executive
authority and under the laws of the State of Florida to take the acknowledgment 
and proof of deeds et cetra to be used or recorded therein personally came Robert
G. Cole the executor of the last will and testament of Archibald H. Cole to me
known to be the individual described in and who executed the above conveyances
and acknowledged that he executed the same as such executor as aforesaid for
the purposes therein mentioned. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand

    Newton A. Callison and wife To E.B. Reynolds
                      "Deed"
State of Florida  } Know all men by these presents that we Newton A.
County of Alachua } Callison of said County & State and Josephine Callison
wife of said N.A. Callison who Joins in this conveyance for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her right of dower in and to the premises
hereinafter mentioned and also of said County & State for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars to them paid the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold & conveyed to E.B. Reynolds of
Knox Co Illinois all that Tract or parcel of land lying and situated in or near
the Town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua & State of Florida commencing
thirty feet North of the North East corner of George Savage lot situated
in the North East corner of said Town and running due west five & fifty
links to within forty feet of lot formerly owned by the estate of Nathan
Spencer deceased Thence North Nineteen chains and fifty links to the
section line Thence East five chains & fifty links Thence South nineteen chains
& fifty links to place of beginning being the same land set forth & described
in the deed made by Francis C. Johnson to said N.A. Callison dated March
12th 1877 To Have and To Hold the said premises to the said E.B. Reynolds
his heirs and assigns together with all the rights immunities & privileges thereto
appertaining and the title to said premises the said N.A. Callison
