Roderick Henderson To Grace Elmore
                            "Deed"
State of Virginia } Know all men by these presents that I Roderick Henderson
Norfolk County    } of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of
the sum of Nine hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Grace Elmore the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and released unto
the said Grace Elmore her heirs and assigns one certain parcel or tract
of land being Situated and lying in the county of Alachua State of Florida
and particularly designated as a part of lot or Section 59 on the map of
"Leitner Lands" made by Wm C. Miller and now on file in the Clerk's office
in the County of Alachua State of Florida said Section or lot being situated
in Section No 8 of the Moses E. Levy Grant as shown on map of Arredondo Grant
made by Burr and Washington said lot or tract of land commencing at a
stake at the SE Corner of said Section 59 and running thence 6 chains 1° 45'
North of west thence 1° 45' East of North 16 2/3 chains thence E 1° 45' S. 6 chains
thence S 1° 45' W 16 2/3 chains to the place of beginning and containing ten acres
to have and to hold the above described property unto the said Grace
Elmore her heirs and assigns forever. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my

Norfolk County    } Personally came before me R.C. Marshall a Commissioner in
Chancery of the Court of Hustings in and for said County and State Virginia
M.F. Daughtery who being duly sworn states on oath that he together
with T.F. Smythe saw Roderick Henderson sign the foregoing deed of
conveyance for the purposes therein set forth

Norfolk County    } Personally appeared before me R.C. Marshall a Commissioner
Chcy for the County of Hustings of the City of Portsmouth in the County of
Norfolk Mrs Juliet A. Henderson who being the wife of Roderick Henderson
on an Examination separate and apart from her said husband says that she
assigned this relinquishment of Dower to the said lot or parcel of land of
which the foregoing deed is a title of conveyance to Grace Elmore of her own
free will and accord and without fear of or compulsion from her said husband
