State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Julia V. McCredie
Alachua County   } wife of John S. McCredie of my own free will and accord and
without any compulsion apprehension constraint or fear of or from my said
husband became a party to the foregoing indenture and thereby relinquish
all all my right of dower in and to the foregoing deed to the said Alice H.
Center for the consideration therein named. In testimony whereof I have hereun-
to set my hand and affixed my seal on this the day and year first above
written

Alachua County   } Personally appeared before me J.W. Smith a Justice of the Peace
in and for said State and County Julia V. McCredie who on a private
examination seperate and apart from her husband acknowledged that she
signed the foregoing indenture for the uses and purpose therein expressed
and of her own free will and accord. Witness my hand and seal this
31st day of July AD 1882

the County of Alachua & State of Florida Personally came James Powell who
being duly sworn says that he saw John S. McCredie and Julia V. McCredie
sign the foregoing deed and thereby acknowledge that they did so for the
use and purpose therein set forth and that he togather with J.W. Smith
signed the same as witnesses. Sworn to and Subscribed before me this 31st
day of July AD 1882 }

       Horace Merry to Grace H. Merry
                  "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I Horace Merry for and in consideration
of the natural love and affection I have for my wife Grace H. Merry and
for my children Calvin N. Merry Emma Merry, Ellen, Lillie G. Horace
Clara, Joseph H. & Johnnie D. Merry have given and granted and
conveyed and by these presents do so give grant and convey the following
described property to wit: To my wife I give so much of Section twenty five
