in Township Eleven and Range twenty as lies between a line running
North and South across said Section one hundred and thirty yards from
a parallel with the eastern boundary line of the certain parcel of land
deeded this day by me to Cornelius Merry also all the timbered land owned
by me in said Section twenty five with the condition however that from
said timbered land my children shall have the privilege of getting rails
& fire wood & building purposes The ballance of the cleared land in Said
Section lying East of the portion given to my wife I hereby give to my
children above named to be divided among them Share and Share alike
quantity & quality considered my Stock of Cattle not already apportioned
to my wife and children I hereby give to them in common the manage=
ment of the same remaining in my wife as also the management of the
land until she Shall have the same divided I hereby declare it my
desire that my brother Cornelius Merry John T. Miller and George W. Means
divide and set aside the land above given to my said Children
And other property owned by me and not herein above mentioned and
disposed of I hereby give to my said wife for the common benefit of
herself and my children above named

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents That we James M. Sparkman
and Sinai Sparkman his wife of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars to us secured to be paid
by Harry L. Rosenberger of the County of ____ in the State of ____ have granted
bargained Sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto him the said Harry L. Rosenberger all of that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua State
of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit Commencing at the
North East corner of Section Seventeen (17) in Township Nine (9) South of Range
