Twenty one (21) East thence running South Eighty (80) Rods thence
running west Forty (40) rods thence running North Eighty (80) Rods
thence East Forty (40) Rods to the place of beginning containing
containing by estimation 20 acres of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and To
Hold the same unto him the said Harry L. Rosenberger and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
and we the said James M. Sparkman & Sinai Sparkman do hereby covenant 
and agree to and with the said Harry L. Rosenberger that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encumbran=
ces of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him
the said Harry L. Rosenberger and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this 7th day
of September AD 1882

Alachua County   } before me personally appeared Mrs Sinai Sparkman
wife of James M. Sparkman the Grantor in the foregoing conveyance who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her husband says and acknowledges before me that she
did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the 
land in said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband
