Dora T. Cromwell To Levi Hutchison
                     Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Dora T.
Alachua County   } Cromwell and J.D. Cromwell her husband of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Eight
hundred and Twenty dollars to us in hand paid by Levi Hutchison of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Levi Hutchison all of
that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit Lots Five (5) and Six (6) situate lying and being
in the North half of section Six Township Ten South of Range Twenty 
East in the Arredondo Grant and known as the Thomas Napier Tract west
of the town of Gainesville beginning at a Stake on the street west of
W.H. Robertsons lot running west ten chains to a Stake thence North ten
chains to stake thence East ten chains to a Stake thence South ten chains
to a Stake the place of beginning containing by estimation Ten acres of land
more or less together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have
and To Hold the same unto him the said Levi Hutchison and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and we the said
Dora T. Cromwell and J.D. Cromwell her husband do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Levi Hutchison that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and administra
tors shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Levi Hutchison and his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 21st day of September AD 1882

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 21st day of September AD 1882
before me personally appeared Mrs Dora T. Cromwell wife of J.D. Cromwell the
grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquish=
ing and renouncing all of her right separate estate in and to the land in said
deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation of Separate Estate was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
