          John J. Perry To James F.B. McKinney
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this the fourteenth day of September
Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and Sixty nine Between John J. Perry
and Mary Ann Perry of the County of Bradford and State of Florida parties
of the first part and James F.B. McKinney party of the second part: Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Three Hundred Dollars to them in and paid by the said party
of the second part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all the following
lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described as follows: The South West
Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section Thirteen (13) Township Eight (8) 
Range Twenty one (21) S&E containing forty acres (40) more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest dower and right of dower
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the aforesaid
bargained premises together with all and singular the rights members
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his and their own sole and
proper use benefit and behoof in fee simple And the said parties of the first
part for their heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant with
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that they are as
lawfully seized of said premises as of fee and have good and lawful right
