State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this __ day of July AD 1882
Alachua County   } before me personally appeared Mrs Alvania A. Barnett
wife of E.D. Barnett the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from
her husband says and acknowledges before me that She did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of dower in and to the land in said deed
described and that said relinquishment & renunciation of dower was done
and made by her freely & voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
on this 19th day of July AD 1882

                   "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Henry
Alachua County   } C. Denton and Kate M. Denton his wife Samuel
C. Tucker and Ella D. Tucker his wife Benjamin Haile and Rachael W.
Haile (formerly Rachael W. Denton) his wife Elizabeth Denton (widow)
Elvira Denton (widow) Earnest B. Denton M.A. Denton (femme sole)
Gilbert L. Denton Jr Francis B. Denton and John V. Denton of the
aforesaid State and County for and in consideration of the sum of
Twelve Hundred Dollars to us cash in hand paid by Joseph S. Standly
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien and convey unto him the said Joseph S. Standly all of
those certain Lots, tracts, pieces or parcels of land situated lying
and being in Alachua County in the State of Florida more particularly
known and described according to a report of the Commissioners of
Partition and division of the "Denton Lands made by order of the Circuit
Court of Alachua County Florida in Chancery on the 28th
