East containing one hundred and Eighty (180) acres of land more or less
the same being the lots of land by said report of said Commissioners allotted
off to Henry C. Denton one of the grantors herein and to Gilbert L. Denton Sr now
deceased but whose heirs at law all Join in the execution hereof = Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the same unto him the
said Joseph S. Standly and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolutely forever and we the said grantors herein do hereby each
and every of us covenant and agree to and with the said Joseph S. Standly
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good lawful and perfect right to sell and convey the same
that the same are free from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and
that we will and our and each of our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Joseph S.
Standly and to his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
