Alachua County } This Indenture made the 5th day
of September AD 1882 between J.D. Matheson & Mrs
A.S. Matheson his wife of said State and County of
the first part and John R. Zetrouer of Alachua
County in the State of Florida of the second part.
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for
and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred
& Fifteen ($21500) dollars to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar-
gained sold and Conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said
party of the second part all of that Certain lot piece
parcel or tract of land Situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida par-
ticularly known and described as follows to wit:
The Whole of lot Number Four (4) Containing Ten
Acres and Ninety Six one hundredths of an acre
(10 96/100 acres) reserving a strip Ten (10) feet wide off the
North end for a road and also four (4) acres off
the South End of Lot Number Five (5) said four
acres being Eight Chains East and West by five
Chains North and South said lots being located in
and forming a part of the tract known as The
"Adamson Place" in Section Twenty Eight Township
Ten (10) South Range Twenty one (21) East A Map of
which is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of said County Containing by esti-
mation in all 14 96/100 acres of land more or less Together
with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
To Have and To Hold the Same unto him the Said
party of the second part and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and abso-
lute. And the said parties of the first part do
hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said
party of the Second part that they are lawfully
Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
Conveyed and that they have good and lawful right
to Sell and Convey the Same; that the Same is free
from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever
and that they will and their heirs executors admin-
istrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the Same unto the said party of the Second part
