John I. Ricker To Warren Bacon
             "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made this Fourteenth
day of August AD 1882 between John I. Ricker of
Campville in said State & County and his wife Sarah
A. Ricker who joins her husband in this Conveyance
for the purpose of relinquishing her dower in the
lands hereinafter described parties of the first part
and Warren Bacon also of said Campville in the
County of Alachua State of Florida of the Second
part: Witnesseth, That for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Two hundred and Fifty Dollars to the parties
of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns in fee simple all of that Certain tract or
parcel of land lying and being in the Town of Camp-
ville and described as follows to wit: Lot No 2
two in Block No (3) Three located in said Camp-
ville Containing one acre more or less and the said
Waren Bacon binds himself and his heirs administra

tors executors and assign^to keep intoxicating liquors
of any kind on said lot for sale If the said Waren
Bacon his heirs executors administrators or assigns
failing to Comply with this obligation renders this
deed nul and void and said lot reverts to the
said parties of the first part or their heirs
To have and to hold the above described land to the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
together with the rights members and appurtenances
thereunto being belonging or in any manner appertain-
ing. And the said parties of the first part for themselves
their heirs executors administrators and assigns the
title to the above bargained sold and Conveyed prem-
ises will forever warrant and defend against all legal
Claims and demands. In Testimony whereof we have
hereunto Set our hands and seals the date first written

dersigned John I. Ricker and Sarah A. Ricker
his wife and acknowledged that they executed the
foregoing deed for the purpose of Conveying the
land therein described to Waren Bacon and the
