Said Sarah A. Ricker upon an examination made
by me Separate and apart from her husband acknowledges
that she made herself a party to said Conveyance for
the purpose of relinquishing all Dower and right of
Dower in the lands therein mentioned and that she
did so freely and voluntarily and without any fear Con-
Straint or Compulsion from her said husband.

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made this Twenty
Third day of September AD 1882 between Warren Bacon
of Campville in said State and County parties of
the first part and Mary A. Bell of Hawthorn
and of the County of Alachua State of Florida
of the second part: Witnesseth, That for and in Con-
sideration of the Sum of Two hundred dollars
to the parties of the first part paid the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns in fee Simple all of that Certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the
Village of Campville in said State & County and des-
cribed as follows to wit: All of Lot numbered (2) Two
in Block Number (3) Three being land late the
property of J.I. Ricker & purchased by him of
Camp Bros and Subject to the Conditions therein
set forth in regard to the sale of Spiritous Liquors -
To Have and To Hold the above described land to the
said party of the Second part her heirs and assigns
together with the rights members and appurtenances
thereunto being belonging or in any manner ap
pertaining. And the said parties of the first part
for themselves their heirs executors administrators
and assigns the title to the above bargained
