"Deed"
This Indenture made this Twenty fifth day of July
in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty one between John H. Thompson and
Jennie P. Thompson his wife of the County of Kane
in the State of Illinois of the first part and
Alfred A. Thompson of Waldo Alachua County in
the State of Florida of the Second part. Witnesseth,
That the said party of the first part for and in Con-
sideration of the sum of one Dollars in hand paid
by the said party of the Second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant bargain
and sell unto the said party of the second part
