              "Deed"
This Indenture made the Twenty Sixth day of
September Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and Eighty
Two, Between Samuel Reddish and his wife Catharine
Reddish of Alachua County and State of Florida
parties of the first part and James M. Sparkman
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the second part Witnesseth, That the said parties of
the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of
One Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
remised released Conveyed and Confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and Confirm unto the said party of the
Second part and his heirs executors and assigns forever
all these Certain Lots Tract or Parcel of land Situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and known and described on the public
map of said State as follows to wit, Lot Number
Three (L3) and Lot Number Four (L4) of Section
Nineteen (Sec 19) Township Nine (T9) Range
Twenty Two East (R22 E) Containing 110 acres more
or less (one hundred and ten acres) Together with all
and singular the Lands tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in ay-
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof; And also all the estate right title interest dower
and right of dower property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the
Same and every part and parcel thereof with the ap-
purtenances: To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appur-
tenancies unto the said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns to his own proper use
benefit and behoof forever. And the said parties
Saml Reddish and Catharine Reddish for themselves
and their heirs do Covenant promise and agree to
and with the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns that the said Saml Reddish at the time
of the sealing and delivery of these presents is lawfully
Seized in his own right of a good absolute
and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee
Simple of and in all and singular the above
