sixth (1/6) undivided interest in and to all that tract
parcel and lot of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and distinguished as the South West Quarter (SW1/4)
and South West Quarter (SW1/4) of South East Quarter
(SE1/4) Section Ten (10) Township Nine (9) Range Nineteen
(19) S & E Containing Two hundred (200) cares more or less
Together with all and Singular the rights members he-
reditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining and the reversion and re-
versions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits. And also all the estate right title interest
dower and right of Dower separate estate property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the Same and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances To Have and To Hold
the above described property and premises herein
remised released and quit claimed with the appur-
tenancies unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns to the only use and behoof
of the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns forever and to and for no other use intent
or purpose whatsoever.
